Shipping Policy

At Dreamz Hairs Ghana, we strive to deliver your premium hairs as quickly and efficiently as possible. We process all orders within 24-48 hours before handing them over to our shipping partners.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Accra: 24-48 hours (1-2 working days)
  • Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale: 1-3 working days (Doorstep delivery)
  • Other Regional Cities: 1-3 working days
  • Other Towns: 2-5 working days
  • International: 7-21 business days (varies by destination & courier)

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance for international orders, or local delivery circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's website.
