When We Accept Returns

We accept returns and refunds only in cases where:

  • You receive the wrong order
  • You receive a defective item

24-Hour Reporting Window

Important Notice

Any issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your wig. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the wig must be:

  • In the exact condition it was delivered
  • Unworn, unaltered, and untampered with
  • Returned with original packaging intact

After Your Return

Once the returned wig is received and inspected, we will:

  • Provide a replacement if the wig is in stock, or
  • Issue a refund if the wig is no longer available

Non-Eligible Returns

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect personal choice
  • Improper handling after delivery
